Son maneras de dar legalidad al dinero y a bienes procedentes de actividades delictivas, ilegales, o que siendo legales no se declaran ante la agencia tributaria ni a la seguridad social. Expondré las prácticas más comunes que se usan a la hora de blanquear dinero. No incitamos a hacerlo, solo lo expongo a modo de información. Estas prácticas están vigiladas primero por los bancos, y luego por Hacienda. LEY 10/2010, 28 de Abril. Cualquier ingreso en negro o en B sin declarar ante Hacienda e introducido al sistema financiero, ya sería considerado un delito de blanqueo de capitales. Si Hacienda se da cuenta de que tienes cierta cantidad de dinero y no puedes justificar su procedencia, puedes tener sanciones bastante importantes. Antes de profundizar con los métodos más usados, hagamos una breve descripción de la ley 10/2010 para la prevención del blanqueo de capitales y la financiación del terrorismo. Esta ley pena: La conversión de dinero y bienes procedentes de actividades ilegales. La ocultación de dinero y bienes con el fin de no pagar impuestos. La compra de bienes procedentes de actividades delictivas o la participación en estas. Asociaciones, asesores financieros o similares que inciten o estén implicados en estas actividades de forma directa o indirecta. Toda actividad económica sea legal o ilegal y no declarada ante Hacienda, tiene sanciones económicas muy importantes. Así pues, el blanqueo de capitales son aquellos procedimientos y mecanismos encargados de dar legalidad e introducción en el mercado a activos procedentes de actividades delictivas. Es una forma de hacer legal el dinero negro obtenido por actividades ilegales. Esto se realiza a través de la compra de bienes (inmuebles, obras de arte, joyas, coches), el uso de casinos, loterías y subastas, el intercambio de criptomonedas y la ocultación de la identidad en compras y ventas. Puede incluir prácticas como la compra de fichas con dinero negro, la compra de bienes por debajo del precio de escritura, el contrabando de dinero en efectivo, la transferencia de dinero entre particulares y la transferencia de dinero a través de tarjetas prepago sin identificación.
